A bstract In this work we provide a method to study the entanglement entropy for non-Gaussian states that minimize energy functional of interacting quantum field theories at arbitrary coupling. To end, build class variational trial wavefunctionals with help exact nonlinear canonical transformations. The calculability bonanza shown by these ansatze allows us compute using prescription ground state free theories. theories, is determined two-point correlation functions.
